Is it really free?
The free plan never expires and includes basic limits. New subscribers get 14 days on paid plans with a subscription fee of 0 today. The regular price is charged automatically unless canceled first. A temporary card verification amount is returned.
How many people can join one call?
It depends on the plan: 10 on Starter, 50 on Team and 100 on Business. The number of people in your company and the number of participants in a single call are two different limits.
Who can see the chat and the recordings?
The people in the room, and — for the administrative history — only an owner or admin holding the matching permission. Every such access is written to the audit log.
What happens to our data when the plan changes?
The data stays. Going over a limit blocks only new growth — reading and deleting remain available.
