1. Who we are

orbitaofficial.com and its subdomains are run by Orbita, a company based in Georgia. Contact us at [email protected].

2. The service

Orbita is an online platform for video calls and team collaboration: browser-based video calls, screen sharing and recording, chat with files and voice messages, a calendar with meeting scheduling, AI analysis of calls, an AI Workspace and an admin panel for organisations.

Which features are available depends on your plan — what each plan includes, and its limits, is listed on the pricing page.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate details when you create an account and keep your password safe — you are responsible for what is done from your account.
  • You must be at least 16 to use the service; to buy a subscription you must be an adult or an authorised representative of an organisation.
  • The owner of an organisation account is responsible for the members and guests they invite and for how they use the service.

4. Plans and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout in Georgian lari (GEL), US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR). You pay exactly the amount shown before you pay.

Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, yearly or for two years, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel — the amount is charged automatically to the card you provided.

Payments are processed by the payment provider Flitt. You enter your card details on Flitt’s secure page — we do not store card numbers.

If we change our prices, an existing subscription keeps renewing at the price you bought it at; a new price applies only to a new or changed subscription.

5. Free trial

New subscribers get one 14-day trial of a paid plan. A card is required to start it; a small temporary hold may be placed on the card to verify it, and is released automatically (timing depends on your bank).

If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged; otherwise the first payment is taken automatically when the trial ends.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time: an organisation plan from the billing page or the admin panel’s settings, a personal plan from the call app’s Plans page. Once cancelled, automatic renewal stops and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds — including a 14-day money-back guarantee on every payment — are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Unpaid organisations and deletion of data

If an organisation’s subscription is left unpaid — a trial ended without payment, a renewal could not be charged, or the paid period of a cancelled plan ran out — access to the organisation is suspended and we tell its owner by e-mail the date it will be deleted.

If payment is not made within 7 days of that notice, the organisation and all of its data — rooms, chat, files, recordings, meetings and AI notes — are permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Paying within that time restores access at once, and nothing is deleted.

After a deletion we keep only what the law requires us to keep (payment and accounting records). Members’ own accounts are not deleted, and files in the organisation’s own Google Drive remain the organisation’s.

8. Delivery of the service

Orbita is a digital service — nothing is shipped. Access is enabled automatically in your account as soon as a payment succeeds or a trial starts.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • share content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes the rights of others;
  • harass other users, send spam or distribute malware;
  • try to bypass the service’s security, overload it or abuse it by automated means;
  • record a call or have it analysed by AI without informing the participants where the law requires it (the recording and AI analysis indicators are shown to everyone in the call).

10. Your content

The content you place in calls, chat, files and meetings belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service — to store it, show it to you and the people you invite and, if your organisation enables it, to analyse calls with AI. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Orbita available at all times, but interruptions can happen for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We develop the service and change features; we will notify you in advance of any material change that affects a paid subscription.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account for a material breach of these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself, on your account page; the owner of an organisation deletes it in the organisation’s panel. Deleting removes the data permanently, apart from what the law requires us to keep (payment and accounting records). You can also ask us at [email protected].

13. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months and excludes indirect damage and lost profits. This does not limit any consumer rights you have under Georgian law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page; we will notify you of material changes by e-mail or in the service.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation — write to [email protected]; failing agreement, they are heard by the courts of Georgia.
