What an organization needs from video calls

Not a personal app stretched to fit a team, but a workspace that belongs to your company.

  • A private company workspace

Rooms, chat, files and recordings belong to your organization. No other organization can see them.

  • Roles and permissions

Owner, admin and member, each with a precisely defined set of permissions. Invite your team by email.

  • Recording in company storage

Record important calls and find the file in the room afterwards, kept in your company’s storage. On paid plans.

  • History for administrators

Authorised admins can review a room’s chat, files, recordings and attendance: who joined, when and for how long.

  • Guests join with a code

Every room has a code and a link. Clients and partners join from the browser, without an account or an app.

  • Encrypted, with the host in control

Media is encrypted in transit. The host lets people in, mutes and removes participants, and can never switch someone’s microphone on.

Questions

Video conferencing for business: questions and answers

What companies ask before they move their calls to Orbita.

How is Orbita different from a personal video call app?

Everything belongs to the company rather than to individual accounts: rooms, chat and recordings stay in the organization’s workspace, administrators manage roles and can review history, and seats are managed in one place.

How many people can join one call?

Up to 100 participants in one call, depending on the plan. The number of people in your company and the number of participants in a single call are separate limits.

Do guests need an account or an app?

No. A guest opens the link or enters the room code in the browser, checks their camera and microphone, and joins.

Can we try it before paying?

Yes. The free plan never expires, and new subscribers get 14 days on paid plans. The regular price is charged automatically unless canceled first.
